#1: Contact the OH Tombstone Transcription Project Manager listed below to contribute photos and transcriptions even if you plan on using the GenRecords auto-upload forms so the Project Manager can give you assistance and will know that your transcription is in progress.
#2: Transcriptions without photos can be submitted by using the GenRecords auto-upload submission form of the OH Archives. Or you can contact the Project Manager directly to submit files.
#3: Tombstone photos can be submitted by using this link to the OH Archives GenRecords auto-upload submission form. Use of the OH GenRecords form will get your photos uploaded and linked faster. If you need assistance with the forms, please contact the Project Manager listed below.
NOTES: (1) Photos cannot exceed 300kb (100kb or less is preferred) and will require special handling if larger, which will make the process of getting your photos uploaded and linked slower. If possible, please reduce the size of the photo and save for the web before submission. If you need help with this process, please contact the Project Manager listed below. The photo program you are using can make this a simple task in most cases.

We cannot accept photos of living individuals and only one photo per tombstone will be accepted.

(3) Please visit How to Safely Clean Cemetery Monuments submitted by Karen Johnson-Heber.

(4) We have a new threaded forum website called Ohio Cemetery Photo Forum, just created to assist all of you that might have questions and inquires concerning cemeteries in the state of Ohio. If you have questions, such as where a cemetery is located or trying to get answers to cemetery related questions, post them there. This might prove to be the place to seek help. Please register, type your cemetery related question on the website and someone viewing/monitoring or I, will try to address your inquiries. Bookmark the site and check it often, but be patient, it's new and will take awhile to get users. Best Regards, Robert Sizelove

(5) Please visit Robert's Cemetery Site. [This site contains Favorite Links | Photo Album | Help with reading memorials]
