Bozone, Roy F. 7-28-1928 4-1-2005 b. Florence ks Marion co, d Augusta ks butler co, son of the late Willard Samuel and Minnie Lee (Buxton) Bozone. He served as a minister at Assembly of God Churches in Andover and Jetmore, KS, as well as in Iowa and Missouri. He was also the owner of R. F. Bozone Construction Co.

Freeborn, Ellis W. 8-19-1910 9-25-2005 b. & d. Marion ks Marion co, "Jack" S/O William and Nellie LeDuc Freeborn. He was a farmer. On June 21, 1935, he married Fronie Scobee. She died in 2001.

Huntley, Harold M. 8-25-1922 5-31-2005 b. Florence ks Marion co, d. Newton ks Harvey co, "Buster" son of Nim Rod and Gertrude Easter Horsley Huntley. On Aug. 14, 1943, he married Lois Marie Weyand at Florence. She died May 4, 2003. He was preceded in death by a brother, James; and a sister, Gladys Sidener.

Slifer, Eleanor M. 5-17-1925 12-12-2005 b. Osage co OK, d. Marion co KS, D/O William T. and Wava Lindley Philo. She grew up in various places and graduated from McClouth High School. A resident of Florence, she was a retired medical assistant and a homemaker. She belonged to Florence United Methodist Church and was a lifetime member of Florence Historical Society. On June 22, 1960, she married Dr. John C. Slifer in Nickerson. He died July 7, 1998. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Wava Judith Carson.
