She was a graduate of Luray High School and attended Hutchinson Community College. A resident of Newton for a year, she lived in Hutchinson since 1969, formerly living in Beloit. She was a dispatcher for law enforcement in Beloit and Hutchinson and worked as a custodian for Hutchinson Community College, retiring in 1987. On Nov. 15, 1942, she married Roy LeBlanche at Salina. He died May 20, 1943. On Dec. 28, 1948, she married Samuel Dragone at Andrews Field, M.D. They divorced. On March 10, 1954, she married Robert H. Zimmerman at Beloit. He died July 18, 1968
